MMG Dugald River Supports Cloncurry Emergency Services Christmas Day Ice Block Drop

MMG Dugald River Mine has supplied Christmas stockings for the Cloncurry Emergency Services Annual Ice Block Drop, on Christmas morning.  These stockings will be distributed along with frozen ice blocks and other gifts that the local Emergency Services have collected. The combined efforts of the local Emergency Services will spread Christmas cheer (and sugar rushes) to many lucky children in town.

“This is a small thing MMG Dugald River can do for the Cloncurry community,” said Martin Brownlee, SHEC Superintendent.

“The local kids get so excited to receive ice blocks on Christmas morning from our local Emergency Services and it is great to be a part of this”.

Thank you to our Emergency Services Members for giving up their time on Christmas morning to share in the festive fun.
